Dong Ding, also known as "frozen summit" or "frozen peak" oolong is grown in the tea gardens of Dong Ding Mountain (elevation 700 - 1200m) in Taiwan.

Ingredients: Oolong tea

Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp per 8 oz cup. Brew water at 80°C and steep for 3-5 minutes.
