About the Tea:
The name "Pai Mu Tan" translates to "White Peony," and if you've ever watched the tea leaves unfurl in your cup, you'll instantly see the resemblance. With a mix of silvery buds and fresh green leaves, it's like witnessing springtime in slow motion.
So, what sets Pai Mu Tan (also known as Bai Mudan) apart from other teas? White teas, in general, are minimally processed, preserving the natural, tender characteristics of the tea leaf. But Pai Mu Tan captures a unique spectrum of flavors – from floral notes to a slight nuttiness. It's subtle, not shouty, whispering tales of ancient tea rituals with every sip.
Many tea aficionados cherish Pai Mu Tan for its light body and refreshing taste. And given its low caffeine content, it's like a gentle embrace any time of the day.
